Welcome! By booking and attending Spanish classes with Alina Shishkina (also known as Alina Profe), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
I offer online Spanish lessons, including individual and group classes, along with supporting learning materials.

• Some lessons are taught directly by me, and others may be taught by qualified teachers who are part of my team.

• Information about my team of teachers can be found on this website.

2. Payment

All classes must be paid in advance.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

3. Cancellations & Missed Classes

Individual classes: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Cancellations made later than that, or no-shows, will still be charged.

Group classes: The fee will be charged even if you do not attend, since your spot is reserved.

4. Student Conduct
By attending classes, you agree to:

Be respectful and courteous during lessons.

Use class materials only for your personal study.

Keep your contact and registration details accurate and up to date.

5. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials and content are the intellectual property of Alina Shishkina (Alina Profe). They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer
I strive to provide engaging, high-quality lessons; however, I cannot guarantee specific learning results or outcomes.

7. Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on my website or by email.
